A talent show is a show consisting of a series of individual performances by amateurs who may be selected for special recognition as performing talent. Student Council hosted one at Lake Havasu High School, Wednesday, January 22 in the PAC. There were many interesting acts, including a murder mystery. 

Junior Destiny Folwell performed a dance. She said, I have decided to switch it up with dancing because  have already done singing.” Folwell is preparing for her performance to “Bye Bye Bye” by N’Sync by rehearsing the choreography and picking an appropriate costume.

Another performer is Sophomore Mackenzie Zemojtel. Zemojtel sang and played the piano to cover “My Heart Will Go On” by Celine Dion. With a two or three minute performance, to get ready, she only needed to practice playing the song a few times. 

Winning the talent show, Tanner Sikman performed “Turn the Page” by Bob Seeger.
