Stress is an issue that isn’t foreign to high schoolers. Homework, projects and tests can pile on, and teens can be overwhelmed. Sometimes they just need those moments alone to cope with the anxiety of high school life. Junior Alyssa Anguiano said she listens to music to relieve her stress. Regardless of what causes you stress, find your coping mechanisms to find that inner zen.
