Junk food—every teen’s weakness. Although high schoolers may not realize it, their poor health habits will affect them in their adult life.

While getting in shape when you’re not is possible, prevention is easier than reversal. Junior Vanessa Crist’s favorite way to stay fit is soccer practice. She regards health as important and said, “It’s your [body] for life and being healthy now will put you in the [mindset] for when you’re an adult.”
